League of Legends is giving a handful of characters a high fantasy spin, taking them from the mishmash of Runeterran cultures into something more befitting of a Dragonlance novel. Taric, Twitch, and Talon are all getting a new skin that change them into a more magical archetype.

This isn’t the first time we’ve gotten fantasy skins — there’s a line that turns Gragas, Braum, Ryze, and Varus into a D&D party — but these ones are a little more ambitious than your typical set of dungeon delvers.

Taric Luminshield

Taric Luminshield is a high fantasy paladin, complete with some truly fabulous shoulderpads and a flowing mane of golden hair. This is Taric’s fifth skin; his most recent one was Pool Party Taric in 2016.

Twitch Shadowfoot

This Twitch is utterly adorable; he’s much more of a mouse than a rat. He looks like he came straight from a Redwall novel, and he has cute accessories to match. I love him, and I will protect him. This will be Twitch’s 11th skin, although half of his current line-up is either vaulted or extremely rare.

Talon Blackwood

Meanwhile, Talon has been transformed into a stunning thief with a shock of blonde hair. Talon could definitely hide out in a variety of fantasy woods and fit right in; his usual segmented and hooked cape is much more dignified and stylish. This is Talon’s seventh skin, following up the 2018 release of Enduring Sword Talon.
